Hooray!
I am building up a "new" computer out of leftover parts to run the jukebox in all its glory. At this point, the jukebox software brings a 600 MHz Pentium 3 to its knees. And it's so much more pleasing with the multiband compression and so on. I still haven't found a logarithm approximation that works efficiently under mono...
Several months ago, I noticed that all I need is a motherboard and power supply to build up a complete AMD64 system out of leftover parts. So, I finally ordered them! I feel like Dr. Frankenstein. Well, I can't really say that...who knows how a fictional mad scientist really feels?
