Streaming server -- on windows?

I see now that if I remove the esd code, and replace it with code that simply writes PCM data to a stream, I could replace esd with ices2. In that case, the whole system would run on windows as a streaming radio server. Hmm... I wonder if ices2 is available as a dll?
